- The directors of the Fair reserve the right to inerpret all conditions and regulations and to settle all matters arising out of the
incident to its operation. For exhibit informaiton, ie enter exhibits, rules, checking out, etc., see individual divisions, departments
or classes for specifications.
- All exhibits must be properly entered with the committee in charge.
- Exhibitors and participants are responsible to pay admission at the gate and to also pay for any entry fees that may be involved
in your event(s).
- Exhibits will not be open to the public until entries have been judged. No person shall remain in the exhibition building during
judging.
- Exhibitors may not remove exhibits prior to Saturday, August 5, 9 am to 12 pm. Any exhibit not removed by 12 pm will be
disposed of unless prior arrangments have been made.
- The decision of the judge will be final.
- The Fair committee accepts no responsibility for injury to person or exhibits, but will use every precaution to prevent same.
- Premiums will be paid at the Fair office, located on the grounds, after 9 am on August 5th. All premium checks need to be
cashed before October 1, 2006. Premiums not called for will NOT be mailed unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Exhibitors entering exhibits in any building are only allowed one entry in any one class. This includes crafts, crops,
homemaking, etc.
- All exhibitors in all departments including livestock shall exhibit entries only in thier own name. In the event of false entry, the
exhibit or entry will be disqualified.
- The Fair reserves the right to alter the order of showing a class and to cancel in case of bad weather.
***Due to excessive crowds during the week of the fair, there are to be NO bicycles, scooter, etc., on the fairgrounds. NO pets are permitted on the grounds unless they are being shown in the class. You must also wear proper attire (shirts, shoes, etc.) at all times. NO firearms, concealed weapons or alcohol will be permitted on the grounds at any time.
