Registration of Exhibits: *Open Classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise specified

Release of Exhibits:  All exhibits will be released on SATURDAY, AUGUST 4 between the times of 9 am to 12 pm.  There will be
no exceptions.  Exhibits must be picked up at this time as there will be NO staff at the fairgrounds buildings to release exhibits at a 
later time.  If you cannot pick up your exhibit, make arrangements for someone else to pick it up.  Please keep your exhibit tags that
are issued when entering as these will be used in claiming your exhibits.  Items not picked up will be disposed of at the close of the 
Fair.

Premiums:  The Grant County Fair will pay premiums on Saturday, August 4th anytime after 9 am at the Fair Office.  Any premium 
check not cashed within sixty (60) days will be forfeited to the Grant County Fair.  Any discrepancy in premiums should be directed
to the Fair office before the close of the Fair on Saturday evening.

**The Grant County Fair is planned and conducted according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture regulations for the use of 
state funds.

***Due to excessive crowds during the week of the fair, there are to be NO bicycles, scooter, etc., on the fairgrounds.  NO pets 
are permitted on the grounds unless they are being shown in the class.  You must also wear proper attire (shirts, shoes, etc.) at 
all times.  NO firearms, concealed weapons or alcohol will be permitted on the grounds at any time.
